These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and trf88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the trf88 website at https://trf88.cam and all related services, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer products, and any associated software or mobile interfaces.

trf88 is operated by a licensed gaming entity under an international online gaming regulatory framework. The platform is made available to players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions, subject to the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the trf88 platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

Access to trf88 services is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of the account:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the trf88 platform. This requirement applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your country of residence. trf88 enforces this requirement strictly through KYC verification and reserves the right to close accounts and withhold funds where age verification cannot be established.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in or a resident of a Restricted Territory at the time of accessing the platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of trf88 complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Minors, or individuals acting under guardianship, are strictly prohibited from using trf88.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on trf88. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or inadvertently, are subject to immediate closure. Any funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have an active self-exclusion or voluntary ban in place on any associated gaming platform operated under the same licensing framework as trf88.

To access the full suite of trf88 services, you must complete the registration process accurately and provide truthful, current, and complete information. trf88 relies on the accuracy of registration data for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

Registration requires the following information at a minimum:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Date of birth (must confirm the player is aged 21 or above)
• Valid email address (used for account communications)
• Malaysian mobile phone number for OTP verification
• Preferred deposit method and account currency (MYR)

trf88 may, at any time and without prior notice, request that a player completes full KYC verification by submitting copies of a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or equivalent), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by trf88 may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their account login credentials. trf88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account arising from the player's failure to secure their credentials. trf88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR): Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency deposits including USDT (TRC20) and Bitcoin (BTC).

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet methods and RM50 for bank transfers.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the same name as the trf88 account. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in suspension pending investigation.
• trf88 does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are the player's responsibility.
• Deposits made during active system maintenance windows may be subject to processing delays. trf88 will communicate any planned maintenance in advance.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the exchange rate applicable at the time of network confirmation. Blockchain network fees are borne by the player.

trf88 reserves the right to reverse or decline any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, sourced from unlawful activity, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. trf88 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly — most requests are completed within 60 minutes for verified accounts using supported local payment methods.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification must do so before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the player's own name. trf88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during banking hours.
• trf88 may request additional supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding RM10,000 in a single transaction.
• Bonus Funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount automatically.

trf88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, and VIP tier-based incentives. All promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a 20x wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of RM100 requires RM2,000 in cumulative wagers to be placed before the bonus converts to real-money balance.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (including baccarat and roulette) contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed within each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period specified at the time of award. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: trf88 reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with good-faith play.
• Birthday Bonus: Available to verified players at their current VIP tier level. Tier-based values range from RM188 (Bronze) to RM2,688 (Diamond VIP). Players must have an active account with at least one deposit in the preceding 60 days to qualify.
• Refer-a-Friend: A reward of RM38 is credited to both the referrer and the referred player upon the referred player completing KYC verification and making a minimum first deposit of RM50. Subject to a 1x wagering requirement.

trf88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review current promotion terms before opting in.

All bets placed on the trf88 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. Sports betting markets — including those covering the English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, UFC, and other competitions — are governed by trf88's Sports Betting Rules, which are published within the sports betting section of the platform.

Casino game outcomes — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, and blackjack — are determined by certified RNG software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical mechanics of the live game environment streamed from a licensed studio. trf88 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the player. trf88 does not accept cancellation requests after bet placement, except in circumstances where a technical error is identified on the platform's side.
• trf88 reserves the right to void bets in the event of: obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, game malfunctions, or circumstances that invalidate the integrity of the market or game round.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the outcome determined by the RNG or live dealer at the time of disconnection shall stand as the final result.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the trf88 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, funds withheld pending investigation, and winnings forfeited:

• Opening more than one player account, whether under the same or different identity information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinating live dealer game play
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors and failing to report them to trf88 support
• Impersonating trf88 staff, other players, or any third party
• Attempting to access the platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or similar circumvention technology
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment reversal disputes relating to legitimate trf88 transactions

trf88 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities to identify and report suspected prohibited conduct. Players under investigation will be notified to the extent permitted by legal obligations.

trf88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gambling Policy
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months

Where an account is closed without cause attributable to the player, any real-money Balance remaining (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the player's verified payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to: reproduction, redistribution, sale, or commercial exploitation of any platform content; reverse engineering or decompiling any platform software; or creating derivative works based on any trf88 intellectual property.

Any unauthorised use of trf88 intellectual property may result in account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable Malaysian and international law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, trf88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's gambling activity on the platform
• Technical failures, server outages, or interruptions to the platform service
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank systems
• Actions taken by trf88 in good faith in reliance on information provided by a player that is subsequently found to be false or misleading
• Any inaccuracies in sports data feeds or odds, where trf88 has acted in accordance with its standard dispute resolution procedures

Nothing in this clause shall limit trf88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence on the part of trf88 or its employees.

Players acknowledge that gambling is a recreational activity and that losses are a foreseeable outcome of participation. trf88 does not guarantee any return on funds wagered.

trf88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and operates a suite of player protection tools to support this commitment. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and without precondition:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders or hard limits after which the platform will log out the player automatically.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed by trf88 support and take effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.
• Reality Checks: The platform provides optional periodic reminders displaying the player's session duration and net win/loss position.

All player data is stored on secured servers using industry-standard encryption protocols. Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations that may require trf88 to retain certain records for specified periods.

trf88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect players' rights or obligations — trf88 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered on the player's account or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform.

Continued use of the trf88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

The current version number and effective date are displayed at the top of this document. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which trf88 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute between a player and trf88, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via trf88's customer support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of it being raised in writing, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable licensing authority. Players based in Malaysia should note that their statutory consumer rights under applicable Malaysian law are not affected by this clause.

This Agreement, including any dispute arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to trf88's licencing jurisdiction, to the exclusion of Malaysian conflict of law rules unless mandatorily applicable.
